The APP is owned by the Agriculture Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Performance monitoring application is developed to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Employees working at RBKs, MAOs and ADAs.The Performance monitoring application allows access to only Government Employees working at RBKs, MAOs, ADAs. PMA ensures the genuineness of the Attendance and Tasks performed through Geofence feature around Offices. This ensures promptness in Employees and helps farmers to obtain better services through them. The Performance grading of Employees is done by the Application without any manual intervention and issues Digital Certificates to the RBK Staff, MAOs and ADAs, who are in Excellent Category based on Tasks performed & Attendance.For VAAs we implemented RBK construction to track the construction process of building at each level.PMA shows Live Dashboard for RBK staff/ MAO /ADA Attendance. During Registration, the RBK Staff, MAO and ADA have to capture their office GPS location in the profile section.Each Staff Attendance is being recorded by the App. The App has two way communication features, the Field staff can share their Feedback to the Senior Officers and Senior Officers can send Information through Notifications. The main vision of this application is to ensure all employees work towards the welfare of farmers and achieve the objectives of the department within the given timelines. This application enhances productivity and to identify the employees who are performing better and who need to be trained more to improve their efficiency.
